Some of the learners at Nova Pioneer Ruimsig got together and wrote down how their school makes them feel.

Orefile Matshego in Grade 5 wrote: “My school makes me feel happy because I know that all my friends and teachers care about me. I know that my teachers will support me whenever I need help.”
Bhavdeep Poludasu in Grade 5 wrote: “My school makes me feel happy because I feel safe there. I also want to grow as a leader, and my teachers are helping me do that.”
Jack Loffell in Grade 3 wrote: “My school makes me feel happy because we do fun activities in class.”
Allyssa Anthoo in Grade 4 wrote: “My school makes me feel safe because my friends and teachers are loving and kind.”
Amanda Msiza in Grade 5 wrote: “My school makes me feel secure because I am loved by all the teachers. The security guards are also friendly.”
Rashied Abrahams in Grade 1 wrote: “My school makes me feel happy because I like to play with my friends. I also like making sentences and that is my favorite activity in class.”
