Led by Gauteng acting provincial commissioner, Major General Fred Kekana, the operation brought together CPF patrollers, provincial management, senior officers from the Department of Home Affairs, JMPD, private security companies and the Liquor Traders Association, who combined their efforts aimed at addressing various crime hotspots.

The team achieved remarkable success, which includes three identified cases of possession of suspected drugs, 23 incidents of drinking in public, one stolen vehicle recovered, eight individuals taken into custody for driving under the influence, 64 cases of Immigration Act violations and one hijacked vehicle seized.
