Kid-Preneur market shines light on talented troopers

The Kid-Prenuer market took place at Horizon Shopping Centre allowing little troopers to showcase their best business-minded and creative skills.

Children of different ages came together and combined their skills and creativity to showcase their best entrepreneur skills at the Kid-Prenuer Market hosted at Horizon Shopping Centre on March 23.

According to Holly Nemathithi, the marketing manager of Horizon Shopping Centre, this was the perfect chance to allow children to “be their own boss” . “ The market was hosted with a competition where the children were individually judged on three categories – are the products manned by the kids; is the pricing fair and affordable; creativity and originality of the product, innovativeness and stall presentation” Holly says.

“My son is such a sweet and respectful boy and sometimes as a male , you can get bullied for being soft so I saw fit to support his drive to make the awareness to little boys his age that it is okay to ask for help and know that you are loved,” Phumzile adds.
