Embrace the spirit of the season with Carols in the Countryside

Get into the Christmas spirit by bringing your family and friends to a Christmas carol sing-along.

As the holiday season draws near, Foresight Church, located in Muldersdrift, warmly invites the West Rand community to join them for a delightful evening of Carols in the Countryside on December 1. Set against the backdrop of the serene countryside, this event promises to be an enchanting experience for families and friends alike.

The event will take place at the Foresight Outdoor Venue, corner of N14 and Beyers Naudé Drive and gates will open at 17:00. There will be ample free, secure parking available. Tickets are available from Quicket at R25 per person. Guests are advised to bring their own camping chairs and umbrellas.

The evening aims to infuse life and excitement into the Christmas season by providing a safe environment where families can unwind, enjoy the fresh air, and engage in the fun of modern contemporary (and traditional) carols. With a variety of food, beverages, and snacks available for purchase, guests can relax under the stars and savour a laid-back evening with their loved ones.

Beyond the music and refreshments, Carols in the Countryside emphasises the importance of community interaction. In a world dominated by digital communication, this event encourages face-to-face connections and the forging of new friendships. It serves as a reminder that the true magic of the season lies in the warmth we share with those around us.

Foresight Church’s initiative to host this event reflects its commitment to building a vibrant and connected community. By providing a space for families to come together and enjoy the holiday season, the church contributes to the fabric of our local community, strengthening the bonds that make the holidays truly special.
