Little pioneers enjoy a spring day
Local primary school enjoyed a day filled with nature, reading and fun.
The school grounds of Nova Pioneer Ruimsig were filled with books, seedlings and spring cheer as they celebrated the changing of seasons.
Readers’ Warehouse brought some interesting and interactive titles to the school in hopes of inspiring the young minds in attendance. While some of the children browsed through the array of books on display, others were spread out across the playground with picnic lunches.
After this, the children were called out by grade to help plant new flowers and seedlings in the school gardens as a way to welcome spring.
