Residents might be struggling without water due to a damaged water pipe.
According to Ward 71 councillor Rene Benjamin a contractor hit a water pipe in Vermooten Road.
Joburg Water (JW) contractors are currently on site repairing the issue, they stated they had to shut the water off to do the repairs. They are however unable to say when the issue will be resolved.
As soon as comment is received from JW, an update will be given.
