Reunite Vera with her beloved fur-baby!

Help locate and return Sasha to her home!

More than just a family pet, Sasha is a seven-year-old Jack Russell dachshund cross whose owner stays in Discovery. “Sasha has been with me since she was six weeks old. We have been inseparable since,” exclaimed her owner, Vera.

Vera explained that Sasha has always been a house dog that slept in her bed and was like her shadow.
“When my granddaughter of six months passed away last year, it was Sasha’s love and those big brown eyes that helped me pull through. Little did I know seven months later she’d also disappear,” added Vera defeated.

Sasha went missing on April 1 when her owner had to work at a flea market that did not allow pets.

“I suspect she climbed out of the window and then through the gate to try and get to me. We only found out she was gone five hours later,” elaborated Vera.

Vera has contacted over two dozen vets in and around the area as well as the Krugersdorp/ Roodepoort SPCA in the hopes that someone might have seen her fur-baby.

“I don’t know what else to do, I miss her terribly, she has such a special place in my heart and I just want her back,” sniffled Vera.
