Local woman says yes to her future husband
Livia has always wanted a home wedding, like a beautiful backyard garden cocktail wedding vibe.
A beautiful couple took the next step in their relationship and got engaged in a heartwarming moment at Parrots in Clearwater Mall recently. The crowd was in awe watching a man propose to his very pregnant girlfriend.

“It was very sweet and intimate,” said an onlooker.
Romano Carelse and Livia Bihl have been together for five years and hope for many more in the future.

Livia exclaimed that she was surprised by the proposal, “Because there were a lot of challenges between our families, so the proposal was very intimate because we decided to choose love despite what people say.”

“Mano [as she affectionately calls her fiancé] is a very simple man so he agrees with the plan,” added Livia.
Livia’s baby, a little girl, was due on March 8 (about a week after the proposal) but as the baby hasn’t come yet the new birth date will be planned for March 16.
