Balancing in Motion host market and fundraiser for Bethany House Trust

As well as yoga and pilates, Balancing in Motion offers a range of family-orientated lifestyle therapies to enhance daily well-being.

Together with Balancing in Motion, the lifestyle hub hosted a craft market and fundraising event on March 4.

The beneficiary of the day was the children’s care home, The Bethany House Trust. Balancing in Motion held free yoga classes and marketgoers were treated to live music and plenty of food, drink, and craft items were available to shoppers.

The big money-spinner of the day was the raffling of a two-week holiday to a resort in KwaZulu-Natal worth R24 000.
