According to Queen, the day was all about educating their children on how to take care of animals, how to be careful around them and how to protect them.

Queen said that their children learned that it is very important not to abuse animals and to know their animal behaviour as well as the diet for healthy animals.

“Our children had more interest on dogs and cats, the focus was based on those two animals. We decided to visit SPCA because most animals in our community are left unattended around the streets and that could be dangerous. So, we felt it is imperative for our kids as well as the organisation to have knowledge about animals so that we can pass this knowledge to the rest of the community. The other reason is that our children own a lot of animals and they are passionate about animals specifically dogs and cats,” explained Queen.
