Younger attendees enjoyed face painting, fishing, water balloon pinata, tombola with a twist, dunk tank, disc shooting, pillow fight, guess the sheep and three jumping castles.

On top of the tons of entertainment, some also got the chance to hang out with the police and other members of the security forces.

The entertainment was presented under a tent with performances from Dawn Farmer Orchestra, Bianka Esterhuizen with your favourite hits and Matt Stern.

Event organisers said the stalls attracted a higher-than-expected crowd of locals, and they described it as a successful and fun-filled community event.
