The Princess Clinic received a makeover which now makes it easier to treat the patients at the clinic. Despite a large number of people still seeking medical help, the clinic is now able to handle the load better thanks to the upgrades.
Ward 71 Councillor René Benjamin explained, “On an oversight visit to Soweto I spotted canopies that were installed to cover the carports as additional protection for the patients in the outside waiting area, I then enquired as to the same for the Princess Clinic and thanks to Frikkie, Elias and the rest of the team from the Health Capitol Expenditure Department (CAPEX) for hearing the plea and having the same installed at the clinic.”
Thanks to CAPEX, the clinic now has carports as well as canopies for patients to sit under while they wait. There are also new signs put up, so people will know where to go and containers for all the services of the clinic.
Benjamin added that the clinic still needs help with their water cooler bottle.
