Looking back at this past year, I am only left smiling. Smiling about what has past and smiling about what is still to come. We have had an amazing year and have overcome many obstacles since Covid days. As the year comes to and end, we can start to relax, unwind and make plans for the festive season to spend as much time as we can with our loved ones before the new year where many exciting opportunities and chapters await!
I can truly say that I am blessed to be a Crawfordian because at Crawford International Ruimsig, we are a progressive forward-thinking school where every child has voice, choice and ownership. We encourage our learners to collaborate, participate and to grow as individual master pieces – not something that is overly common in the schools of today. Our International Baccalaureate program ensures they have all the necessary skills and attributes to succeed in an increasingly demanding world and becoming Global Changemakers by making a change in the community and in the global arena after they have completed their Grade 12 Independent examination board exams.
We would like to thank our parents as they trust us enough to form a partnership with us to take care, educate, encourage, nurture and develop their children. Our parents have vision and passion for a better tomorrow. The parents who form part of our community are caring, supportive, understanding and above all passionate about their children and only want the very best education for them. Some parents sacrifice a great deal to ensure their children can be part of the Crawford International Ruimsig journey. We connect with our parents monthly via a webinar “Coffee with Willem” where we discuss developments and progress in the school. Our success is only possible because of the support our parents have for our processes and teaching methodologies.
