On Tuesday, November 22, the Irish Rock Women’s Club will hold a charity drive – their eighth. It is loosely based on the Amazing Race and is open to anyone with a valid driver’s licence.

The Irish Rock Women’s Club is a charitable organisation founded about 15 years ago by Theresa Fouché, owner of the two Irish Rock Pubs & Diners.

The race begins at Irish Rock in Little Falls, where entrants must complete a challenge before receiving their Clue Sheet. After registering and signing the indemnity form, entrants will learn about the challenge. Then the fun begins!

The Clue Sheet contains cryptic clues that entrants must decipher to plan their route to all the stops. Each stop has a challenge that must be completed, which can range from taking a photo to completing a physical or mental challenge. All of the stops are within a 10-kilometre radius of the two Irish Rocks.

The last challenge and finish are at the Irish Rock, Radiokop.

The timeline:
Irish Rock – Little Falls: Entry and registration: 08:00 (breakfast special will be available)
1st challenge starts at 10:00 sharp
There are nine stops and challenges (no specific order)
Irish Rock – Radiokop: Last challenge and finish before or by 15:00
Prize-giving 16:00
