Newton House partners with Mrs Mzantsi Africa 2022 to collect food for impoverished community in Kromdraai

Newton House offers small classes that creates big hearts

Beauty and hard work have combined to bring relief to the impoverished.

Newly crowned Mrs Mzantzi Africa 2022, Lizelle Kachelhoffer was assisted by the learners and staff from Newton House School to fulfil one of her campaign missions. Going hand in hand with their own matric fundraising, Newton House learners collected several crates worth of canned foods and non-perishable goods. The hunger-fighting donation was collected by Lizelle on May 11 and taken to the children of Kromdraai.

“I am so thankful. The kids from Newton House School have collected so much non-perishable food for the underprivileged kids. Thank you so much to everyone at Newton House School,” said Lizelle.

The assisted-learning, small-classed school focuses on bringing out the best in talented children who may not thrive in conventional schooling settings.
