Joburg Water head office has a new physical address

Residents are urged to take note of an address change for water utility entity, Johannesburg Water.

Effective from April 1, 2022 the City of Johannesburg water management company, Johannesburg Water’s physical address is Turbine Hall, 65 Ntemi Piliso Street, Newtown.

All logistical issues with the move have been completed, and the Johannesburg Water Call Centre is now fully operational. Water and sanitation complaints can be logged on 011 688 1699 and 0860 562 874 or by SMS on 076 333 5052.

Additionally, residents may email customer@jwater.co.za to report any faults, and make use of their Facebook page, Facebook.com/Johannesburg Water and their Twitter page @jhbwater for regular updates.
