A small sterilised Wire Haired Jack Russell cross was recently found near Topaz Avenue in the Kloofendal area.
This little lost lady found herself wandering into someone’s garden around July 26. She was handed over to the Roodepoort Veterinary Clinic where she was kept until last weekend (July 31).
She was then collected by the Maltese, French Poodle and Yorkie Rescue South Africa where she is currently being looked after.
It’s an older dog that initially appeared well fed and clean. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have a collar or microchip. She is white with a golden-brown face and a white snout. She has one big brown spot on her back, and part of her tail is also brown.
She appears scared and desperately looking for her owners.

Despite the post about her being shared more than 900 times on Facebook, her owners still haven’t claimed her. Some residents believe she might belong to an elderly couple who aren’t active on social media.
