Motorcycle driver escapes unharmed
Dangerous impatience has equally killer consequences regardless of intent.
A CCTV camera along Progress Road recorded a jarring interaction between a small motorcycle and minibus taxi.
The incident occurred at roughly 7.30am on Friday, 4 June, and shows a minibus taxi impatiently plough into the motorcycle from behind.
After the taxi rams the motorcycle from behind, it continues to speed up, eventually coming to a halt on top of the motorcycle that had lost control in front of it.
Fortunately, the driver of the two wheeled vehicle landed further down the road away from the wreckage and was reported to have escaped uninjured.

No indication was given as to whether the taxi driver was arrested but Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department acknowledged the incident.
“JMPD officers recorded the accident and no one got injured in the accident,” stated JMPD spokesperson, Chief Superintendent, Wayne Minnaar.
