Tshego’s murder pre-trial postponed again

Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng postponed the matter to 9 December.

Muzikayise Malephane, the man accused of the brutal murder of Tshegofatso Pule, was expected to begin his pre-trial hearing in the South Gauteng High Court on Thursday, 19 November; however, it did not happen.

This after the accused’s lawyer, advocate Johlene Muir made another postponement request to make further representation to the State, in addition to initial correspondence.

Judge Ratha Mokgoatlheng postponed the matter to 9 December.

Malephane remains in custody until then.

Earlier this year eight-months pregnant Tshego’s body, with stab wounds, was found hanging from a tree in Durban Deep, Roodepoort after she had been reported missing a few days earlier.
