Thursday, 24 September saw the Honeydew CPF together with the Community Group Firefighter Association (CGFA) host a Heritage braai to show their appreciation to all Emergency Medical Services (EMS) for their service to the community.
All EMS members came to join the CPF and CGFA at Caltex Christiaan de Wet for a free boerewors roll while members of the community bought one for R20.
“There is something unique and special about every culture, which makes it stand out. Let us preserve it together as we send our warm wishes to everybody on this special occasion,” said Honeydew CPF PRO, Michael Steyn.

Caltex Christiaan De Wet came to life when the CPF and CGFA were joined by members of the community for the popular Jerusalema Dance Challenge.
The day was made possible by the support and sponsorship of CGFA-NPC, Caltex Christiaan de Wet, EMS, Honeydew CPF, Delta Blue Security, SA Spit Braai and SAPS reservists.
