Biker seriously injured in Witpoortjie accident
The cause of the accident is unknown, but local authorities were also on scene for further investigation
A collision between a motorcycle and a bakkie at the intersection of Ontdekkers Road and Corlett Avenue yesterday morning, 31 May, left one person seriously injured.
Ross Campbell, the ER24 spokesperson said that ER24 paramedics, along with an emergency care practitioner from another private service treated the 20-year-old biker on scene.
“Advanced Life Support interventions were used, before transporting him to Leratong Hospital for further care.”
The cause of the accident is unknown, but local authorities were also on scene for further investigation.
