At least one drug dealer has been taken off the streets, thanks to Absolut Security, who pounced on a suspect in Ruimsig on Thursday, 5 March.
According to Dean Alberts of the company, the suspect was discovered to be in possession of 35 bags of dagga.

“While patrolling the area, our response officer spotted the suspect acting suspiciously. He then called for backup, and P91 and a RNW Patroller came to assist,” he said.
The suspect was arrested on the corner of Peter and Van Dalen Roads in the Ruimsig.
“In his possession were 35 bags of dagga to the value of R1 300, and one LG television,” he further explained.
He added that the suspect was handed over to Honeydew Police for further investigation.
