The family of the runner who was hit by a car on Peter Road, Ruimsig between 6am and 7am just before the IIE MSA (Monash University) campus on Sunday, 1 March has been found.

Honeydew Police Station confirmed that JMPD officers were at the scene and that a case of reckless or negligent driving was opened at the station.
“The victim unfortunately died on the scene, and the matter is currently under investigation,” said Captain Balan Muthan from the Honeydew Police.
Police appealed to the community not to circulate false information, as some of the things said were not a true reflection of reality.
