City Power has notified residents and businesses that they are aware of the outage that has hit Witpoortjie, Grobler Park, Princess and surrounding areas this morning, 28 February.
According to the entity’s Twitter page, the outage was caused by a distributor that had tripped at the Penny Street Substation. Technicians have been dispatched but unfortunately no other information was given.
City Power has not provided an ETR as yet, but the Record will continue to keep its readers updated.
