CCTV footage of people having driven from OR Tambo International Airport to Wilgeheuwel – a distance of about 55km – being robbed has been thrust into the spotlight.
The footage, recorded on Monday, 27 January after 7.30pm, exposes the notorious gang as they were robbing the occupants of a vehicle in a driveway after having followed their car from the airport.

The video depicts three thugs jumping out of a white Toyota Corolla and approaching the targeted vehicle on a cul-de-sac, before entering the property. They point a firearm at the driver and help themselves to the luggage in the vehicle before speeding off.
This incident isn’t unique as there have been numerous reports of similar incidents.
Police have been contacted for comment.
