The day saw 60 bleeds from happy and willing community members who showed up in support of the blood drive and contributed in saving a life.

Rainbow and Smiles – Weltevreden Park Primary contributed 45 care pages to kids with cancer in the Oncology ward of the local Public and Private hospitals.

Dashielle said, “With sales of ribbons, caps and hats we managed to raise R3540 that will go towards Rainbow and Smiles in support of children with cancer.”
