Please help locate Hazel Phakathi

The public is urged to share any information on the possible whereabouts of Hazel Phakathi, who was last seen on 9 November 2019.

Hazel is a 43-year-old female and is described as having a slender build. She weighs approximately 60kgs and is just over 1,7m tall. She has small ears, black hair, dark eyes and full lips.
