Walsh moved to Dublin to kick-start his career in the music industry, and managed the likes of Johnny Logan, Boyzone and Westlife.
He later began an alternative career as a television talent pundit and personality.
Walsh has mentored the ‘Groups’ category on The X Factor six times and the ‘Overs’ category three times. He was named the winning judge of the show’s second series and mentored Shayne Ward.
Walsh has been featured in You’re a Star, Popstars and Popstars: The Rivals. He has also guest judged on Britain’s Got Talent a number of times.
He is known as the creator and judge of Ireland’s Got Talent, which first aired in 2018.
