City Power wishes to notify residents of the cause of the numerous power cuts being experienced in some areas lately.
According to a recent social media announcement by the entity, the continuous power cuts are caused by a substation tripping and this affects the power supply.
Areas especially affected by these continuous power cuts are Technikon and Roodepoort West. City Power has also stated that their technicians are working on resolving the issue.
