The objective of the awards is to reward top performance within the BMW Group’s dealer network in the area of sales, customer satisfaction and dealer standards during the year.
As in 2016, Clearwater BMW did it again, and won the coveted Large BMW Dealer of the Year Award for 2018!
The dealership achieved the highest ranking based on a balanced scorecard which included over-achievement of sales targets, excellence in customer-centricity and achievement of BMW Retail Standards.
Other accolades included F & I Business Manager of the Year (Liesl Fhorbesch) as well as awards in Aftersales, Motorrad and BMW Financial Services.
The prestigious award was celebrated at the Clearwater BMW dealership in style, with the CEO of BMW SA and Sub-Sahara, Tim Abbott, handing over the trophy to Dealer Principal, Dion Coulentianos. Tim thanked the dedicated staff with great praise and enthusiasm for the future.
