New mascot given a name

The Grade 2B class came up with this creative name, which won the naming competition, and garnered them a mini mascot for their classroom.

 

On 10 May, Trinityhouse Little Falls excitedly introduced its mascot to the learners and all that was left was to name the giant teddy lion.

After a competition was held among the learners, Tarryn Talbot, the head of marketing and admissions, confirmed that the lion mascot had been given a name.

“Our mascot has a name. Meet Roary,” she said.

The Grade 2B class came up with this creative name, which won the naming competition, and garnered them a mini mascot for their classroom.

The mini mascot was collected by the class captains, Omphile Kau and Bryce Maritz, during assembly.
