Donation brings joy to Die Ruiter Primary School

At Hamar Controls we believe that South Africa is a diverse country that could provide for a prosperous future for all of its citizens.

Laerskool Die Ruiter Primary School received a remarkable donation of some much-needed equipment from Hamar Controls recently.

“We as Laerskool Die Ruiter Primary School want to thank the Chief Executive Officer of Hamar Controls, Chris Joubert, for the donation. It is a privilege to be in a partnership with Mr Joubert and his team. Die Ruiter is a school that is known for the norms and values that are being taught to our learners on a daily basis. Mr Joubert follows the same principles, became involved in our school and is thus a pillar of the community for our learners. He believes, as we believe, that every child should have an anchor to hold onto on their road to adulthood. Every child must be developed to the best of his or her abilities. Schools are becoming more dependent on the community and their support. We trust and believe that we will be walking alongside Mr Joubert and his team in reaching the best goals for our learners,” said Die Ruiter’s principal, Antonie Marais.

“At Hamar Controls, we believe good education and training are essential factors in achieving prosperity, but, unfortunately, the majority of the people of South Africa do not have access to this. The majority of learners at Die Ruiter come from previously disadvantaged communities and they are a shining example of what can be achieved in a well-run, loving and disciplined environment,” Chris said.

He added that, as a result of the success achieved by the school and its learners, they have decided to partner with them and thereby contribute towards the sustainability of the exceptional work the staff are doing. “We trust that other businesses in the area will also participate with the school and that business throughout the country will partner with schools in their communities towards a better South Africa for all,” Chris concluded.
