Change a life and adopt a furry companion

They are waiting for you at the Roodepoort/Krugersdorp SPCA

Are you looking for a furry companion? Then look no further than the Roodepoort/ Krugersdorp SPCA.

They have quite a number of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens up for adoption.

In order to adopt, you need to visit the SPCA to choose your companion. You also need to complete an application form, whereafter a home check will be done.

If this is approved, your cat or dog will be sterilised, vaccinated, micro-chipped and dewormed, all of which are included in the adoption fee.

The adoption fee is R500 for adult cats, R650 for kittens, R700 for adult dogs and R900 for puppies. You need to bring along your ID, proof of residence and R100 deposit (which will be deducted from the adoption fee) when applying.

Today’s stars are:

In Cattery 13, there is a young domestic, short-haired female cat of about eight months of age. She has the most beautiful, pale rose colour mixed with soft grey in her coat, and has been waiting for quite a while for her forever home.

In Kennel B24, there is a young adult female German Shepherd/ Labrador cross, with the most beautiful smile. She is really stressing in the kennels and would much rather be at home. She came in as a stray and was never claimed by her owners.
