BREAKING NEWS: Lindhaven woman killed by dogs

Authorities still on the scene.

A policeman on the scene has confirmed that a woman was killed by two dogs earlier this afternoon in Magnolia Street, Lindhaven.

Since the Roodepoort Police spokesperson was not on scene, the police did not want to divulge more information, as per their protocol. But Mandy Cattanach of the Roodepoort/ Krugersdorp SPCA could shed some more light on the incident. She received a call about the attack at about 2pm and sent out one of her inspectors. Two Boerboel crosses allegedly mauled the elderly woman. The dogs belonged to family members she lived with.
