St Laurence’s Anglican Church in Discovery has welcomed a new priest, Reverend Martha Gordon, to its fold.
“We serve an amazing God, who is waiting to help, inspire, heal and comfort us, if we are just open to the power of His love,” is the message from the Reverend Gordon, the new priest in charge at St Laurence’s Anglican Church. She joined St Laurence’s on 1 January, after three years at St Michael’s Anglican Church in Bryanston. She is a marriage officer, commissioner of oaths and counsellor.
To attend a service containing hymns and organ music, please join us on Sunday mornings at 7.30am or 9.30am. A more informal service takes place on Wednesdays at 9.30am.
