A Facebook post is urging the residents of Helderkruin to be on the lookout for two males who are stealing vehicle’s registration plates.
In a video that appears to be CCTV footage, two men, driving a white Volkswagen Polo, can be seen driving down a residential street where a blue vehicle is parked.

The footage also shows how they stopped their vehicle, ran across the road and yanked the plates off, and then sped away.
