RA raises concerns about dumping

Residents in the RiverWel Residents Association (RWRA) section of Weltevreden Park have been urged to report illegal dumping in the green belt.

RWRA committee member Neville Burnett complained about the issue, urging residents to take photos of the waste and report it to the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD).

“The RA has been receiving a number of reports of illegal dumping in the green belt, particularly on the Ouhout or Without Avenue sections. When you see this happening please take pictures and report it to JMPD on 011 490 1547 and get a reference number,” Burnett appealed.

He requested that those who reported the issue to JMPD kindly email the reference number tokevinrwra@telkomsa.net for them to follow up on the matter.
