Calling on unemployed disabled youth

Candidates must be between the ages 18 to 35

Young people with disabilities have an opportunity to get permanent employment through the Harambee Youth Employment Accelerator.

The organisation is looking for people with the following disabilities:

dyslexia; epilepsy; physical – walk with a limp; spina bifida; schizophrenia; bipolar mood disorder and post-partum psychosis; visually impaired – one eye blind only; hearing impaired – uses hearing aid or one ear deaf; retinitis pigmentosa: visually impaired; rheumatic valvular heart disease (hands and feet swell), amputated fingers on right hand and two fingers on left hand; physical – problem with hip/ leg; amputee below left knee; physical – above the knee amputation of left leg; albinism; physical – problem with arms, cannot straighten them; speech; arthritis; elephantiasis – deformed left foot; dwarfism.

Candidates must be between the ages 18 to 35. Qualification: Grade 10 or above. This opportunity is for males and females of all races.
