According to City Power spokesperson Isaac Mangena, a team of technicians have been dispatched to the Wilro Park substation where a trip occurred. Mangena will give an update on the estimated time of restoration.
13h15 Areas in Roodepoort currently without power
The Wilro Park, Helderkruin and Roodekrans areas are experiencing a power outage.
The Record journalist is trying to find out from the City Power spokesperson what the reason for the power outage is.
