At about 1.30pm today, a warning was issued that the stretch of Albertina Sisulu Road that passes Princess informal settlement is out of bounds.
The stretch between Corlett Avenue and Wilgespruit Street (which leads to Westgate Shopping Mall and Crous Road) has been closed off due to a protest. The reason for the protest is unknown.

Motorists are advised to use Progress or South Roads to connect with Corlett Avenue or Albertina Sisulu Road.
