Support Roodepark’s Arts & Crafts market
This will be the market's third year
Roodepark School will be hosting the third installment of their annual Arts & Crafts Market and is inviting the community to support them.
The market will run from 5 to 7 November at the school in Clarendon Drive, Discovery. It will be open from 9am to 8pm every day, and visitors will be able to browse through beautiful handmade gifts, steel and wood products, enjoy some delicious cake and coffee at the pop-up coffee shop, and purchase some delicious ready made meals.
All products will be sold at very affordable prices.
The market is an opportunity for the learners to help raise money for the school by selling their handcrafted products. All monies raised from the sales at the market will be used at the school, either to upgrade the workshops and machinery or to help some of the learners who are unable to pay for sport tours or school fees. It will also be used to help train learners for the world of work.
