St Barnabas holds church fete

Event was well attended.

On Saturday, 6 October, St Barnabas United Church in Madeline Street in Florida held a fete to raise funds for the church.

Residents who attended could enjoy delicious foods ranging from potjiekos to pancakes, various stalls including white elephant, jumble, crafts, cakes, books, food and plants.

There were games for the young ones while the band consisting of husband and wife Anita and Derick Simpson entertained the crowd with their soothing sounds.
