Ishmiza SA and Qwala Fam Entertainment will be hosting the first Roctourber event on Saturday, 27 October alongside a number of other up-and-coming local artists.
The Honeydew- and Zandspruit-based rapper and music group have been making strides in the local music industry this year, and will be hosting a festival that will bring together some of the best local artists. The festival will be hosted by Ishmiza SA himself, alongside fellow Qwala Fam member Twidi, who is also Ishmiza’s promoter.
The event will take place at Momes Place in Diepsloot on Saturday, 27 October, beginning at 4pm and will carry on until 2am on Sunday, 28 October. The DJ lineup includes the likes of Sckharf da DJ, African Drumboys SA, and Xaviour, to name but a few. Performers at the event will include Ishmiza himself, as well as fellow Qwala Fam members DeE aAr, KayGee XI, Blaq Rose, and many many more.
Admission to the event will be free, so be sure to make the trip to Momes Place for a party you won’t want to miss if you’re a fan of local music.
While his focus will undoubtedly be on the Roctourber event, Ishmiza is still in the running for awards at the 035 Awards taking place in Durban in December this year.
