An unplanned power interruption hit a number of areas along the Peter Road route this morning, Thursday, 5 July.
City Power’s spokesperson. Sol Masolo, said technicians have been dispatched to attend to the power interruption at the Peter Road substation.

The outage has affected the following areas: Poortview, Amarosa, Wilgeheuwel, Honeydew, Little Falls and Ruimsig.
“City Power will keep affected customers updated as and when new information becomes available,” he assured.
