At about 6am, members of the community were left devastated when they lost their homes due to a fire. It is said that 10 homes burnt down.

Police and Disaster Management are currently on the scene.
According to community members, the fire engine arrived late.
The community chased the firefighters away because, according to them, their houses had already burned to the ground.
