The individuals concerned were driving a Toyota Fortuner and a Mini Cooper respectively.
The incident took place on Christiaan de Wet Road outside Clearwater Mall this morning.
It is alleged that the suspects who robbed the victims were driving an Audi A4.
Police were able to confirm that they received calls from eyewitnesses reporting the incident.
The suspects fled the scene, leaving the victims and their vehicles behind without their stolen goods.
