A vehicle was recovered by police after it was hijacked following an armed robbery at Hillfox Value Centre.
The hijacking occurred after an alleged armed robbery at the action sports centre at Hillfox Value Centre.
A night which is usually fun-filled for families at Hillfox Action Sports took a turn for the worst when an armed robbery took place earlier this evening.
According to reports an unkown number of suspects carried out an armed robbery at the centre before hijacking a vehicle. They proceeded to flee the scene in the vehicle pursued by police.
The vehicle was subsequently found on Hendrik Potgieter Road near 14th Avenue and Gordon Road but the suspects had fled the scene.
There have been no reports of injuries from the scene.
