The family is offering a R500 reward for the safe return of Meagan.
The Sikhala family is brokenhearted after discovering that their dog, named Meagan, had run away and has not returned home.
As the tears flowed, 11-year-old Rofhiwa Sikhala said, “Coming back home from school is not the same any more because Meagan is not home. Can the community help us find her and bring her back home? She is not only my pet, she is family to me.”
Five-year-old Meagan went missing on Wednesday, 23 May at about 1pm. She was last seen in the area of Helderkruin near the Caltex garage on Mimosa Street. She is a Jack Russell, and white and brown in colour.
