Princess Methodist Church hosts fundraiser

Money raised towards 50th celebration

The Princess Methodist Church called in the help of their congregants and the community members to help them raise money for their 50th anniversary.

The Church decided to host a féte to help them accomplish this, and the church’s pastor, Stephan Rudling, said, “Community members and congregants could hire a table from us for the day and sell their goods. This way, we helped each other to make a bit of money that will be used for celebrating this milestone anniversary properly.”

Visitors were spoilt for choice and everyone enjoyed themselves. There were delicious cakes, cookies, desserts, coffee and tea, as well as boerewors rolls. Visitors could also spoil themselves with beautiful jewellery, some plants for the garden as well as various other goods. For the petrol heads there were some vintage cars on show.
