Sara offers classes for both beginners and advanced students every morning.

Yoga classes have become a very popular activity at Ngwenya Glass Village, ever since the Gaia Life Yoga Studio officially its opened doors.

Facilitated by a health expert, Sara Loots, the yoga sessions cover every part of every muscle with the intention of rejuvenating and energising the attendees.

Sara showcased a series of yoga sessions and workshops at the new venue. Her next big gig is on 7 April, where the aim will be to strengthen the immune system in preparation for the upcoming colder months.

She offers classes for both beginners and advanced students every week-day morning.

Another important workshop will be held on 14 April. This is aimed at dealing with stress and anxiety, and also forms part of an introduction to mindfulness and meditation with Ferdi Lourens.
